When is Location Data Collected?

In the Electric Miles app, location data may be requested during account creation or when interacting with specific features, such as finding nearby chargers or enabling automation features (e.g., starting or stopping charging based on location).

In the Installer Miles app, location data is collected only while the installer is actively using the app to commission or configure an EV charger. It is not collected when the app is inactive or running in the background.
