What is Stripe, and why does the operator need access to it?

Stripe is a secure online payment processing platform that allows operators to manage transactions for charging sessions. Operators need access to Stripe to handle payments from users who charge their vehicles, ensuring that all transactions are processed securely and funds are transferred to the appropriate account.

How do I access the dashboard?

Once your account is set up, we will provide you with a link to the dashboard. To ensure security, you’ll need to access it through two-factor verification. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account, requiring both your password and a verification code sent to your phone or email.

The link we provide to access the dashboard is valid for 7 days. After this period, the link will expire, and you will need to request a new one if you haven’t completed the setup.

How will invoices be handled?

Stripe will automatically generate a simple invoice each time a payout occurs to your account. If you require a detailed invoice, we can send it to you via email upon request. Please note that this is a temporary solution, as we will soon be implementing a detailed invoicing system that will accompany every payout to your account.

How do I contact Installer Miles Support

Until the operator finishes setting up the account and linking it to a payment platform (e.g., Stripe), funds from charging sessions won’t be able to transfer.
Complete the setup ensures secure and smooth payment processing.
