A smarter, more powerful charge point management system (CPMS) designed to shake up how fleets manage EV infrastructure is now out.
Launched by Electric Miles, the emPACT (Electric Miles Platform for Accelerating Clean Technologies) system is the next evolution of its original Admin Miles platform and designed for a major step-up in in capability, control and commercial impact.
Developed for customer ranging from EV fleet managers and charge point operators, to hotels, local authorities and commercial landlords, emPACT enables real-time control of EV chargers, advanced diagnostics maintenance functionality and smart energy management.
Features include smart charging, dynamic scheduling, dispatch planning and telematics integration to boost the efficiency of chargers and electric fleets.
Electric Miles is already working in partnership with distribution system operators (DSOs) for the platform and has successfully delivered over 2,000 grid flexibility events — proving that emPACT can respond to real-time grid signals, shift EV charging intelligently and unlock recurring revenue.
It also delivers advanced diagnostics & maintenance, giving real-time visibility, historical insights, and proactive issue resolution tools with firms’ EV network control towers to minimise downtime and resolve remotely.
It’s also white-label ready, with the ability to customise branding and user interfaces to suit charge point operators and partners.
Arun Anand, CEO of Electric Miles, said: “emPACT represents a significant leap forward in EV infrastructure management. It’s not just a CPMS — it’s a key component of a broader smart energy ecosystem, built to help operators, fleets and grid stakeholders thrive in the rapidly evolving electrification landscape. Built to scale, built for uptime and built with the operator in mind.”
